Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Draftr is ride coordination software for cycling clubs. This policy describes what data we collect when you use Draftr, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who runs Draftr
Draftr is operated by the Draftr team. We can be reached at hello@draftr.pro.
Data you provide
When your club admin invites you, we store the email address they entered. When you complete profile setup we store your name, a password (hashed by our authentication provider), and an optional bio. When you participate in rides we store your sign-ups, comments, and reactions. When you connect Strava or Ride with GPS we store the OAuth tokens needed to import routes on your behalf.
Data collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. The marketing site uses Vercel Analytics, which records aggregate, anonymized page-view counts and does not set tracking cookies or share data with advertisers. The Draftr app itself does not include analytics or advertising SDKs.
Location and weather
If you grant location access we fetch the local weather forecast for upcoming rides using Open-Meteo. Your coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to retrieve the forecast and are not stored by Draftr.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate Draftr: to authenticate you, show you rides at clubs you belong to, let leaders and admins manage their club, deliver notifications you have opted into, and provide the integrations you have connected. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
Your name, photo, bio, and ride participation are visible to other members of clubs you belong to. Club admins and ride leaders can see additional details (e.g. emergency contact, when entered) needed to run the club. Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and hosted on Vercel. We share data with third parties only as needed to operate the service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Mapbox and Google (map tiles and place search), Open-Meteo (weather), and Strava / Ride with GPS (only if you connect them).
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data until you delete it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, ride history, comments, and reactions are permanently removed across every club you belonged to. If you need help, email hello@draftr.pro.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. You can exercise these rights from within Draftr or by emailing hello@draftr.pro.
Children
Draftr is intended for cycling-club members aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
