Getting into Draftr
Draftr is invite-only — your club admin adds you by email or CSV import. If you were expecting an invite and never received one, check your spam folder, then ask your club admin to resend it. If you set up your account before but cannot sign in, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it.
Joining a ride
Open the Rides tab, pick a ride, and tap Sign up. If a ride is full you can join the waitlist — you'll be promoted automatically if someone drops out. Cancellations close 30 minutes before the ride starts; after that, message your ride leader directly.
Updating your profile
Go to Profile → Edit to update your name, photo, bio, emergency contact, or preferred pace. Email address changes go through Settings → Account so we can verify the new address.
Reporting content or behaviour
We have zero tolerance for abusive content. Open any comment or ride description and tap the more-actions menu to report it — reports go straight to the moderation team. You can also email hello@draftr.pro with a link or screenshot. We review reports promptly and may remove content, suspend users, or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
Blocking another member
To block a specific member, ask your club admin — admins can remove members from the club. Account-level blocking is on our roadmap.
Notifications
Manage which notifications you receive (push, email, in-app) from Settings → Notifications. Native push permission is requested the first time you enable a push channel.
Connecting Strava or Ride with GPS
Ride leaders and admins can connect Strava or Ride with GPS from Settings → Connections to import routes. Disconnecting revokes the OAuth token immediately.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, ride history, comments, and reactions are permanently removed across every club you belong to.
