These terms govern your use of Draftr. By signing in to Draftr you agree to these terms.
Your account
You may only use Draftr if your cycling club has invited you. Keep your password secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use Draftr to coordinate cycling activities with your club. Do not use it to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone; to post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content; to spam or send unwanted messages; to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service; or to attempt to access data that is not yours.
User content
You retain ownership of comments, reactions, ride descriptions, photos, and other content you post. You grant Draftr and your club a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content within the service so it can function. You are responsible for the content you post and for making sure you have the rights to share it.
Moderation
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Anyone — member or guest — can report content or users by emailing hello@draftr.pro with a link or screenshot. We review reports promptly and may remove content, suspend users, or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Club admins can also remove content and members from their club. To block a specific member, ask your club admin.
Safety on rides
Draftr helps you coordinate rides; it does not supervise them. Cycling involves risk. You ride at your own risk and you are responsible for following the law, wearing appropriate equipment, and using good judgement.
Termination
You can stop using Draftr and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Disclaimers
Draftr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
